Deck overview

This deck is a focused mono-black tribal aggro and combo engine commanded by Marrow-Gnawer, built around a hyper-redundant core of 24 Rat Colony cards. The primary game plan curves early Rat Colony creatures on turns two through four to build escalating board power before resolving Marrow-Gnawer on turn five. Once operational, Marrow-Gnawer grants all Rats evasion via fear and exponentially doubles token counts on each activation, enabling massive unblockable combat damage across consecutive turn cycles. In addition to combat aggro, the deck features a game-ending two-card infinite combo between Marrow-Gnawer and Thornbite Staff, as well as explosive swarm chains powered by Thrumming Stone's ripple 4 mechanic.
