Deck overview

Lightning, Army of One is a Boros equipment/voltron deck whose commander doubles as a Stagger engine. The primary plan is to suit Lightning with Colossus Hammer and evasion, connect once to set Stagger, then use extra-combat spells and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar to convert that one hit into lethal damage against the whole table. Secondary paths are infinite-combat loops: Aggravated Assault fueled by The Reaver Cleaver or Sword of Feast and Famine, plus Kiki-Jiki/Port Razer and Combat Celebrant/Helm of the Host. There is no hidden or double-faced commander. The deck is fast, tutor-dense, and heavily protected, but it still needs Lightning or a redundant combo creature to be the damage host.
