Deck overview

This Simic deck harnesses Zimone, Infinite Analyst to turn variable X-spells into an efficient, compounding mana engine. In the early turns, the deck develops its mana base through green ramp and establishes Zimone. Once online, casting an X-spell each turn grows Zimone with +1/+1 counters, creating an escalating discount on future X-spells. The deck capitalizes on this mana velocity by deploying massive Hydras, generating card advantage through scalable draw spells like Hydroid Krasis and Pull from Tomorrow, and overwhelming opponents with trampling threats. The interaction suite leverages X-cost counterspells and asymmetric board clears like Wave Goodbye that bypass counter-laden boards. Resilient protection spells shield critical threats as the deck converts overwhelming board presence into lethal combat finishes.
