Deck overview

This deck is a Boros lifegain midrange strategy helmed by Bre of Clan Stoutarm. The primary game plan revolves around playing cheap, repeatable lifegain sources in the early turns, casting Bre on Turn 4, and utilizing her end-step trigger to generate continuous card advantage and cheat mana costs on nonland spells. As life totals climb, the deck pivots into formidable mid-to-late game threats such as Summon: Knights of Round, Ajani, Strength of the Pride, and Lightning, Army of One. Supported by a healthy suite of spot removal and protective spells like Voice of Victory and Selfless Spirit, the deck maintains a steady tempo advantage. Without relying on infinite combos or hard stax locks, it closes games through compounding board presence and resilient combat pressure.
