Lemme get a bite of dat by user8690199

Format: Commander

Commander: Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Mono-black vampire lifegain/drain deck built around Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose. Primary plan is to resolve any 'whenever you gain life' drain effect (Vito, Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, Marauding Blight-Priest, Starscape Cleric) and pair it with a 'whenever an opponent loses life' feedback piece (Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror) to loop until the table is dead. Secondary lines use Bloodletter of Aclazotz with Rush of Dread, Shard of the Nightbringer, or Unstoppable Slasher to halve/double life totals, or generate large X-mana drain with Nirkana Revenant. The commander doubles as the cheapest combo half and a finisher, and is supported by heavy recursion.
