Deck overview

This deck leverages Jace, Multiverse Architect as a repeatable Polymorph engine in the command zone. The game plan focuses on deploying inexpensive token generators such as Skrelv's Hive and Dreadhorde Invasion alongside efficient 2-CMC mana acceleration during the first three turns. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and immediately uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token, cheating an enormous bomb creature or planeswalker from the library directly into play. The threat suite includes oppressive cards like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and The Ur-Sphinx. Redundant cheat spells such as Mass Polymorph, Synthetic Destiny, and Proteus Staff provide backup lines to transform token swarms into overwhelming board states. While the deck possesses explosive mid-game board presence, its win plan relies on combat damage over multiple turn cycles, requiring careful timing to protect key permanents against opposing sweepers and removal.
