Deck overview

The Mindskinner is the deck's primary engine: an unblockable 10/1 that turns every point of combat damage into a 10-card mill against each opponent. The list is a mono-blue mill control deck; it establishes early crabs, Petitioners, and artifacts, then multiplies all mill with Bruvac the Grandiloquent and The Water Crystal. The two finish lines are a kicked Maddening Cacophony with Bruvac in play, or a grind of commander attacks plus Fractured Sanity, Cut Your Losses, and Fleet Swallower. The deck is not commander-critical-the Petitioners package and spell mill work without it-but The Mindskinner is the fastest repeatable all-opponent mill source. The Everflowing Well and Emry keep artifacts online, and The Millennium Calendar is a slow alternate win.
