nasty embrace by h.ithsade

Format: Commander

Commander: Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This four-color deck is a group-draw payoff engine. Its primary line uses the commander to smooth mana, then forces opponents to draw through Dictate of Kruphix, Temple Bell, and Kynaios and Tiro's end step. Each extra draw feeds Smothering Tithe, Xyris, Razorkin Needlehead, Psychosis Crawler, and The Locust God. The decisive play is usually a mass-draw spell such as Reforge the Soul or Windfall with Xyris and Purphoros in play, generating 21 Snake tokens for 42 damage to each opponent. Ojer Axonil acts as a hidden commander, amplifying small red burn sources, while the Locust God is a secondary engine. Kynaios remains support rather than the win condition.
