Nekusar CEDH by Type_Juan

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

A Grixis combo-control list that uses Nekusar both as a forced-draw engine and as a pressure piece. The main kill is deterministic and commander-independent: Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact. If that line is stopped, Underworld Breach/LED/Brain Freeze, Dramatic Reversal/Isochron Scepter, and Birgi/Dualcaster/Snap storm offer parallel wins. The commander's wheel-drain package with Sheoldred, Orcish Bowmasters, Ob Nixilis, and Notion Thief provides card velocity and chip damage while tutors and free counterspells protect the winning turn. Birgi/Harnfel acts as a hidden mana/draw engine, letting the deck pivot from stax-y disruption into a one-turn combo finish.
