Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros Dwarf typal and Treasure midrange deck led by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost Dwarves in the opening turns, casting Thorin on turn 4, and utilizing his enters-the-battlefield trigger alongside subsequent Dwarf drops to generate a massive hoard of Treasure tokens. These artifact tokens fuel Thorin's static ability, which grants every other Dwarf +1/+0 per artifact token, quickly inflating small creatures into lethal threats. The deck accelerates this strategy through mana doublers like Goldspan Dragon, token engines like Academy Manufactor, and creature search via Dwarven Recruiter and Magda, Brazen Outlaw. It closes out games through explosive combat steps augmented by Taunt from the Rampart, Aggravated Assault, or direct burn from Dáin of the Ancient Halls and Smaug the Magnificent. With solid card flow, potent board protection, and flexible burn backups, the deck applies relentless pressure across mid-game turns.
