Deck overview

Norman Osborn // Green Goblin is a discard/reanimator Villain tribal deck. The front face is a cheap unblockable connive engine that fills the graveyard; the back face is the real build-around: Green Goblin discounts graveyard spells and grants mayhem to every nonland card in the graveyard, letting the deck recast discarded Villains. There is no hidden commander-the plan is fully keyed to the back face. The deck wins by chaining discounted big Villains, pumping them with Doctor Octopus and The Squadron Sinister, and finishing with a hasty flying token army from Mysterio or Living Laser. Secondary value lines use Kess, Secrets of the Dead, and Reanimate to grind through disruption.
