Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck is built around Ghalta, Primal Hunger, aiming to rapidly cheat the commander into play by leveraging above-rate, high-power low-mana creatures. By fielding heavily statted threats such as Steel Leaf Champion, Pugnacious Hammerskull, and Gigantosaurus, the deck effortlessly satisfies Ghalta's power-discount cost reduction, consistently casting a 12/12 trampler for just {G}{G} by Turn 4. Once Ghalta is on the battlefield, the deck converts raw power into massive card advantage through spells like Greater Good, Rishkar's Expertise, and Lifestream's Blessing, drawing 10+ cards in a single turn to refill the hand with redundant beaters, protection spells, and overruns. The primary win condition revolves around overwhelming the table through combat damage boosted by Overwhelming Stampede, Unnatural Growth, and Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, closing the game out around Turn 7.
