Deck overview

Zurgo, Thunder's Decree leads a Mardu Warrior-token army. Each attack he makes creates two tapped 1/1 Warriors, and his static makes those tokens unable to be sacrificed during the end step, so they stay around permanently. Zurgo is the engine: once he connects, the deck layers on Mobilize creatures, end-step token copy effects, and Warrior-wide anthems to convert a chump board into a lethal swing. Caesar, Mardu Siegebreaker, Neyali, and Gornog provide backup token generation, reach, and evasion. The deck is resilient and interactive, but its goldfish kill is not explosive: it needs two or three attacks to build critical mass, then finishes with Shared Animosity and/or extra combat.
