Deck overview

Namor turns every blue instant and sorcery into an army of Merfolk, and the deck leans into that synergy with lords, draw-triggers, and token payoffs. It is a tempo/tribal hybrid: hold up permission, cast cantrips and instants, then convert the resulting Merfolk into commander damage and board advantage. The secondary plan is a generic mono-blue token swarm using Talrand, Alandra, and Shark Typhoon, while High Tide and Blue Sun's Zenith can occasionally turn an outstretched game into a huge draw. There is no separate hidden commander; Namor is the engine and finisher, with Kiora and Talrand acting as supporting engines. Wins come from combat, not infinite combos.
