This Sultai +1/+1 counters deck uses The Wise Mothman as a rad and mill engine that converts milled nonland cards into +1/+1 counters. Mothman gives each player rad counters when it enters or attacks, and each mill trigger lets you distribute counters. Doublers like Pir, Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace plus proliferate from Thrummingbird, Evolution Sage and Inexorable Tide grow the board fast. Main wins are combat with Herald of Secret Streams making counter creatures unblockable, and the Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank loop. Ouroboroid + Sage of Hours provides infinite turns as a second compact win. Pir/Toothy and the doublers act as hidden commanders.
