Vivi Dennis by R4di4nt

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier aims to drown opponents in a torrent of instants and sorceries. The commander grows with each noncreature spell and converts its power into mana, enabling explosive turns filled with cantrips, cost reducers, and payoff permanents like Guttersnipe and Talrand, Sky Summoner. The primary win paths are a storm-finish via Grapeshot (amplified by Thousand-Year Storm), an infinite-damage loop with Niv-Mizzet, Parun plus Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, and a massive Chandra's Ignition on a pumped Vivi. The deck relies on cheap card selection and looting to churn through its library, but lacks robust tutors to consistently find its combo pieces.
