Deck overview

Yuma, Proud Protector helms a lands-matter deck that leverages the graveyard as a resource to reduce its cost, draw cards, and generate a steady stream of 4/2 Plant Warrior tokens whenever a Desert card hits the graveyard. The primary game plan is to fill the graveyard with lands-through cycling Deserts, sacrificing them for effect (Zuran Orb, Crop Rotation), or milling them-then recur them via Ramunap Excavator, Hazezon, Shaper of Sand, and Life from the Loam. Tokens from Yuma, Hazezon, Titania, Protector of Argoth, and Sand Scout create a wide board that finishes via combat, often with Second Harvest for a massive swing. The deck lacks infinite combos and focuses on value-engine inevitability, with land destruction as a disruption tool (Boom // Bust, Fall of the Thran). Its speed is deliberate, aiming to overwhelm with resource advantage over many turns.
