Deck overview

Orvar, the All-Form is a mono-blue token-copy engine that turns cheap instants and sorceries targeting your own permanents into an ever-growing army and, eventually, infinite mana. The primary plan is to resolve Orvar, pair him with Peregrine Drake or Cloud of Faeries plus High Tide, and use Isochron Scepter to repeatedly cast a targeting spell, generating net mana and infinite Drake tokens. Secondary lines use Archaeomancer with Ghostly Flicker and High Tide to loop spells; Sakashima of a Thousand Faces can copy Orvar to double triggers (a pseudo-Orvar, not a true hidden commander). Once infinite mana is established, Hullbreaker Horror, Venser, Shaper Savant, or Mind Games convert the mana into a hard lock, after which the Drake tokens attack for the win.
