Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red Big Dragon stompy and spellslinger hybrid commanded by Kiora of Fire and Ashes. The primary game plan revolves around generating mana velocity through red rituals, treasure-producing discard spells, and cost reducers to cast Kiora and heavy-hitting flying dragons ahead of curve. Once assembled, the deck leverages high-impact dragon synergy pieces like Utvara Hellkite, Terror of the Peaks, and Twinflame Tyrant to rapidly multiply aerial damage and overwhelm opponents in combat. A secondary spellslinger package featuring Storm-Kiln Artist, Underworld Breach, and powerful burn spells like Jaya's Immolating Inferno and Comet Storm provides direct damage reach to close out games. While vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and lacking enchantment removal, the deck defends its threats with highly efficient redirection spells such as Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend, creating an explosive, resilient combat engine that closes games by Turn 8.
