Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy mono-green creature strategy commanded by The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. Its primary game plan revolves around rapid ramp into the compact two-card infinite combo of Ivy Lane Denizen and Scurry Oak, which creates arbitrarily large numbers of 1/1 Squirrel tokens and an infinite-power creature on Turn 4. When executing its primary combo without an immediate haste enabler, the deck passes through one table rotation before swinging for lethal damage on Turn 5. If the combo pieces are contested, the deck seamlessly transitions into an overwhelming go-wide token swarm by leveraging its commander's activated doubling ability alongside creature-based mana engines like Jaheira, Friend of the Forest, Cryptolith Rite, and Circle of Dreams Druid. A robust suite of protection spells, including Heroic Intervention, Veil of Summer, and Dosan the Falling Leaf, defends key assembly turns from removal and counterspells, while lethal overrun effects like Triumph of the Hordes and Finale of Devastation provide decisive closing power.
