If not friend, then why friend-shaped? by ZerothDoctor

Format: Commander

Commander: Duskana, the Rage Mother

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Naya deck is built to maximize Duskana, the Rage Mother's 2/2 base power/toughness check. It floods the battlefield with low-to-the-ground creatures and Bear tokens, then uses Duskana's attack trigger to turn a wide board into lethal damage. The primary plan is to land Duskana, profit from her entering draw trigger, and swing with a team of 2/2s buffed to 5/5 or larger. Secondary paths include combo-less token swarms, giant single threats like Gigantic Big Bear, and pump spells like Overrun or Akroma's Will. The hidden commander is Kudo, King Among Bears, which supercharges the strategy by turning all creatures into 2/2 Bears, doubling both Duskana's draw and attack triggers. The deck is quite dependent on Duskana or an equivalent anthem effect to close out games quickly, since many creatures are otherwise small and combat would be slow.
