Format: Commander

Commander: Evelyn, the Covetous

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Evelyn, the Covetous helms an evasive Grixis theft and flicker deck that turns opponents' libraries into its primary resource. Evelyn flashes in to exile cards from every player's library whenever a Vampire enters the battlefield, creating a communal pool of options that can be cast every turn. The deck ramps with artifacts and aggressive token generation before locking down the board using stolen threats and disruptive interaction. While combat damage backed by Don Andres, the Renegade can close games, the definitive win condition relies on the infinite Dualcaster Mage and Ghostly Flicker combo. Blinking Evelyn infinitely exiles every opponent's library, eliminating the table on their next draw steps.
