Deck overview

This Mono-Red Storm deck is built around Birgi, God of Storytelling, leveraging her mana-generation ability to turn low-cost cantrips and spells into a self-fueling storm engine. By casting Birgi on Turn 2 or 3, every 1-mana red spell becomes mana-neutral while drawing through the library. The deck transitions into an explosive Turn 4 win by linking rituals like Rite of Flame and Jeska's Will with powerful impulse engines like Light Up the Stage and Act on Impulse. Graveyard recursion via Underworld Breach and Past in Flames enables repeated spell loops, while Grinning Ignus provides an infinite storm and ETB combo with Birgi. The deck finishes in a single turn using Grapeshot, escalating damage from Aria of Flame, Sentinel Tower, or burn triggers from Impact Tremors and Pandemonium. While highly linear and light on interaction, its proactive speed and redundant storm outlets make it a lethal, compact combo deck.
