This deck is an Azorius blink control strategy helmed by Brago, King Eternal. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost utility permanents that draw cards or ramp mana, casting Brago on Turn 3, and attacking on Turn 4 to flicker the board. Blinking permanents untaps mana rocks for second main phase plays while repeatedly triggering enters-the-battlefield abilities.
