Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue aggro-control strategy led by Minn, Wily Illusionist. It focuses on drawing two cards each turn on both your own turn and your opponents' turns using cheap looters, instant-speed draw, and combat damage triggers. Each second draw creates an Illusion token that grows in power as your Illusion count rises. When these Illusions die in combat or to sacrifice outlets like Skullclamp, Minn cheats high-cost permanents directly from your hand onto the battlefield. The deck protects its board with an efficient counterspell suite and closes games through massive unblockable combat damage, extra turn spells, Psychosis Crawler life drain, or an infinite draw combo using Arcanis the Omnipotent and Mind Over Matter into Thassa's Oracle.
