dogmeat meets tidus by Xelxgai

Format: Commander

Commander: Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful and Thrasios, Triton Hero

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Yoshimaru + Thrasios is a Bant combo-value hybrid. Thrasios is the primary engine: his {4} activation converts spare mana into card advantage and can eventually draw into or find the one-card combo. Yoshimaru grows off every legendary permanent and provides an aggressive secondary clock that pressures life totals while the deck sets up. The main path is Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter with mana rocks producing infinite mana, finished by Walking Ballista; Finale of Devastation and Hullbreaker Horror provide alternative routes. Seedborn Muse, Derevi, and instant-speed pieces let the deck play on everyone's turn. The deck is less a traditional beatdown list and more a compact combo deck with a legendary-token subtheme.
