Deck overview

This deck is a Jund aristocrats and -1/-1 counter combo deck commanded by The Reaper, King No More. While the commander acts as an asymmetric attrition engine that steals opposing creatures when they die with counters, the deck's primary objective is assembling infinite sacrifice and drain loops. It leverages token generators like Nest of Scarabs and Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons alongside premier draw engines such as Yawgmoth, Thran Physician. The core win condition pivots around sacrificing Protean Hulk to fetch a complete three-card package: Warren Soultrader, Gravecrawler, and Blood Artist, immediately draining all opponents from 40 to 0 life on Turn 5. Alternatively, Blowfly Infestation loops with -1/-1 counter token generators to machine-gun the board and drain the table. Supported by dense 2-CMC ramp and efficient tutors, the deck operates with high redundancy, though it remains vulnerable to targeted creature interaction and instant-speed graveyard exile.
