Deck overview

This Simic lands deck is commanded by Omo, Queen of Vesuva, weaponizing her ability to distribute everything counters that grant every land type to targeted lands. This mechanic supercharges nonbasic land engines that normally require heavy setup: Cloudpost rapidly taps for enormous colorless mana, Baldur's Gate produces surging colored mana, the Urza's Tron lands activate instantly, and Collective Restraint locks down opponent attacks with maxed Domain. The deck converts this massive mana surplus into swift game-ending threats, tutoring Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage for an immediate 20/20 Marit Lage, swarming the battlefield with Avenger of Zendikar and Scute Swarm, or casting blowout copies with Doppelgang. Robust land recursion, instant-speed protection from Heroic Intervention and Sylvan Safekeeper, and resilient land-based mana production ensure that the deck out-scales opponents and recovers rapidly from table interaction.
