Derevi, but for real. by ars3nd

Format: Commander

Commander: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Derevi, Empyrial Tactician leads a Bant control and legendary toolbox shell that locks down opponent game plans while assembling an infinite mana combo or overwhelming combat board. The deck leverages Derevis combat untap triggers alongside disruptive stax pieces like Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Yasharn, Implacable Earth, and Teferi, Time Raveler to dictate the pace of the game. Its primary win condition pairs Bloom Tender with Freed from the Real to generate infinite colored mana, which is funneled into Planar Bridge or Wargate to deploy the entire deck. Alternatively, legendary beatdown backed by Blackblade Reforged, Delney, Streetwise Lookout, and countermagic closes out slower games.
