New Untitled Deck by Snfeset

Format: Commander

Commander: Minn, Wily Illusionist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Mono-blue card-draw value deck built around Minn, Wily Illusionist. It aims to draw a second card every turn, creating growing Illusion tokens, then sacrifices or blocks them to cheat permanents from hand. Secondary paths use mass-draw engines such as Teferi's Ageless Insight, Dictate of Kruphix, Howling Mine, and Folio of Fancies to win through Laboratory Maniac, Thassa's Oracle, Twenty-Toed Toad, or Psychosis Crawler drain. The commander is a value engine rather than a combo piece; the deck can still function if she is removed, though the free-permanent cheat plan slows down. No infinite loops are included, so wins arrive gradually through accumulated card advantage rather than a compact combo.
