Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a highly optimized Izzet spellslinger and storm deck that seeks to weaponize cheap noncreature spells into massive mana generation and lethal burn. Vivi serves as both a scaling mana ritual in the command zone and a passive damage engine, growing larger with every instant or sorcery cast. The deck's primary game plan is to chain low-cost cantrips, draw spells, and cost reducers to assemble infinite copy loops or generate enough mana to cast a game-ending X-spell like Crackle with Power. Alternatively, it can overwhelm opponents with a swarm of flying tokens generated by passive engines like Talrand, Sky Summoner and Shark Typhoon. With a low average mana value and a dense card-advantage package, the deck transitions seamlessly from early-game setup to explosive, game-deciding turns.
