Avengers Assemble by big_ajohn

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a midrange Hero-tribal deck led by Captain America, Team Leader, who turns every entering Hero into a hasty, vigilant, counter-growing attacker. The primary plan is to deploy Captain early, chain low-to-mid-cost Heroes, and accumulate +1/+1 counters and card advantage until a large flying commander (Hulkbuster Armor) or a wide counter-heavy board closes the game. The secondary plan is recursive value through Avengers Quinjet, Winter Soldier, and Gift of Immortality, with Captain America, Living Legend serving as a hidden commander/engine that untaps attackers and keeps the board ticking. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through combat math and incremental evasion.
