Deck overview

This deck is a Boros spellslinger and go-wide aggro list piloted by Monica Rambeau // Photon, Living Light. The primary game plan revolves around generating a wide board of creature tokens using low-cost triggers like Young Pyromancer, Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, and Prismari Pianist, then transforming Monica into Photon, Living Light. Once transformed, Photon grants team-wide +1/+1 counters whenever a noncreature spell is cast. The deck fuels this engine using a dense suite of 1-mana red cantrips such as Crimson Wisps, Expedite, and Crash Through. These cantrips cycle through the library while triggering Magecraft engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and multiplying dramatically with Zada, Hedron Grinder. The resulting wide, highly buffed token swarm uses trample and evasion to eliminate opponents in combat, supplemented by decisive finishers like Akroma's Will and All Will Be One.
