Deck overview

This Boros deck combines Dwarf kindred synergies with Equipment support to generate explosive combat damage and overwhelming board states. Commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, the deck turns every entering Dwarf into a Treasure token while converting artifact tokens into massive power buffs for the entire team. Early turns focus on establishing cheap Dwarves, mana rocks, and card-draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Puresteel Paladin. Once Thorin enters on Turn 4, the deck rapidly accumulates Treasures to inflate creature power. On Turns 5 and 6, it delivers lethal combat swings enhanced by double strike enablers such as Reyav, Master Smith, Dáin Ironfoot, and Akroma's Will. It also features an infinite combat backup line using Sword of Feast and Famine alongside Aggravated Assault. Sunforger provides instant-speed tutoring for potent defensive spells like Teferi's Protection and Boros Charm, protecting key pieces against mass removal.
