Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Assassin kindred aggro and historic value engine commanded by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The primary game plan revolves around casting Ezio on turn two or three, using his menace evasion to connect in combat, and unlocking the freerunning cost reduction to deploy high-impact Assassin creatures for only {B}{B}. Once a critical mass of Assassins is established, the deck leverages lethal combat multipliers like Shared Animosity, Jodah, the Unifier, and Bayek of Siwa, or an alternate win condition via Ramses, Assassin Lord and Ezio's five-color execution trigger. While the deck features powerful offensive swings and strong recursion through cards like Primevals' Glorious Rebirth, its low land count of 29 lands, high proportion of taplands, and sparse instant-speed interaction create operational friction. It thrives when opponents allow its combat damage engines to generate continuous card advantage and momentum.
