Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads an artifact deck that converts haste attacks into proliferate triggers. The main value plan is to deploy artifact creatures, charge-counter artifacts, and proliferate permanents while building toward Lux Artillery. Once 30 counters are present, Lux Artillery deals 10 damage to each opponent at every end step. The deck also has secondary counter payoffs such as Darksteel Reactor, The Millennium Calendar, Lux Cannon, poison from Virulent Silencer, and large artifact creatures. These alternatives broaden the theme but do not form a reliable, compact win route. Mana is serviceable, with Sol Ring, artifact cost reducers, and several rocks, but the curve is high and the colored requirements are significant. Interaction is functional but not dense, and protection usually arrives after the engine has already become vulnerable. Overall, the deck can create strong battlefield development in a slower pod, but its ordinary assembly and incomplete damage accounting keep it below competitive Commander speed.
