Deck overview

This mono-black deck pairs Burakos, Party Leader with Haunted One to execute a resilient party-based midrange and aristocrats strategy. Because Burakos natively counts as all four party creature types, it easily maximizes party synergies while unlocking explosive Treasure generation on every attack. Haunted One turns every Burakos attack into a powerful team buff that grants +2/+0 and undying to all party members, making your creature board exceptionally difficult to trade with or destroy. The deck converts its steady stream of Treasure tokens and recurring creature sacrifices into lethal table-wide life loss through aristocrat payoffs like Bastion of Remembrance, Agent of the Iron Throne, and Nadier's Nightblade. Supported by targeted removal, mass edicts, and burst life-loss spells like Dire Fleet Ravager, the deck steadily grinds down opposing life totals while generating commanding card and mana advantage, closing the game around Turn 7.
