Mono Blue by Guisseppi

Format: Commander

Commander: Urza, Lord High Artificer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

A mono-blue artifact-control deck built around Urza, Lord High Artificer. The commander turns every artifact into a mana battery, then uses his {5} ability to exile and cast the top of the library for free. This powers a spell-heavy turn culminating in Aetherflux Reservoir, which drains 150 life after fifteen spells. Backup plans use a growing Construct token, Kozilek, and extra-turn spells to take over the board. The list is loaded with countermagic and bounce spells, so it can protect the engine and answer hate while the draw package (Rhystic Study, Jaces, Uncover the Moon-Letters) keeps the hand full. There is no hidden commander; this is an Urza deck through and through.
