Format: Commander

Commander: Morophon, the Boundless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color "Tribal Tribal" changeling deck helmed by Morophon, the Boundless. Because every creature in the 99 is a changeling (and thus every creature type), Morophon's chosen-type cost reduction applies to the entire creature base, letting the deck chain multiple bodies per turn. The primary win is the alternate condition Liliana's Contract - with four Demons of different names on board (trivially satisfied by any four changelings), the game ends on the next upkeep. A second alt-win, Coalition Victory, pairs with Leyline of the Guildpact to satisfy both the land-type and creature-color requirements. The fallback is a combat kill powered by Coat of Arms and Mirror Entity, which turn the changeling swarm lethal. The deck is a midrange value pile: cheap creatures, mana rocks, and a handful of effectively one-sided board wipes, with Morophon as an accelerant rather than a required engine.
