Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary strategy revolves around turning Vivi into a massive card-drawing and burn engine by attaching Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals one damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, each spell draws three fresh cards, fueling an uninterrupted chain of low-cost cantrips, rituals, and free spells. As Vivi accumulates +1/+1 counters during the storm turn, her zero-mana activated ability provides huge bursts of colored mana to fund large finishers like Crackle with Power, Chandra's Ignition, or simple cumulative ping damage. The deck is supported by efficient interaction, free commander protection spells, and an uncounterable backup combo in Niv-Mizzet, Parun, ensuring fast, compact, and resilient victories.
