Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a five-color legendary-tribal toolbox deck helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. Sisay's activated ability searches for any legendary permanent and puts it directly onto the battlefield, making her a repeatable, stack-bypassing tutor engine. The deck is packed with legendary creatures that provide mana, card advantage, and combo pieces. Primary win conditions are infinite combats via Najeela, the Blade-Blossom + Derevi, Empyrial Tactician + treasure generation, or infinite mana via Devoted Druid + Ioreth of the Healing House + a converter like Selvala, Heart of the Wilds or Faeburrow Elder, then using that mana to activate Najeela or Sisay to find a finisher. Secondary wins come from overwhelming combat with Jodah, the Unifier pumping the board.
