Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Prismari, the Inspiration. The primary strategy focuses on developing mana velocity and cost reducers during the opening turns, deploying card draw engines like Archmage Emeritus and Storm-Kiln Artist, and resolving the commander to grant storm to every instant and sorcery. Once storm is active, casting low-cost rituals such as Rite of Flame and Pyretic Ritual creates exponential mana and card draw, culminating in a single-turn kill via copied burn spells like Lightning Bolt or repeated noncombat damage triggers from Guttersnipe and Vivi Ornitier. The deck features a robust suite of cheap countermagic and interaction to protect its setup, supported by deep card selection from cantrips to maintain consistency.
