blink deck by srguacamole

Format: Commander

Commander: Y'shtola Rhul

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Y'shtola Rhul gives the deck two end steps a turn, turning every creature with an enters-the-battlefield trigger into a twice-per-turn engine. The list is a mono-blue value-control deck that uses bounce and counters to survive while it assembles a Peregrine Drake + Venser, Shaper Savant loop with Panharmonicon and Starfield Vocalist. Once the loop is live, Pull from Tomorrow draws the deck, then Agent of Treachery and Jin-Gitaxias take all permanents and shrink opponents' hands to zero, creating a hard lock. The commander is an accelerant rather than a strict combo piece, and the deck can also grind out wins with extra turns and evasive beaters.
