Calix by Aarut

Format: Commander

Commander: Calix, Guided by Fate

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya (GW) enchantment-counters midrange deck helmed by Calix, Guided by Fate. The plan layers cheap Auras and enchantment creatures to trigger Calix's constellation, stacking +1/+1 counters while his combat trigger copies nonlegendary enchantments such as All That Glitters, Doubling Season, or removal pieces. Secondary engines Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice and Yenna, Redtooth Regent tutor and duplicate Auras, turning a modest board into oversized threats. Wins come almost exclusively through combat-Voltron swings with hexproof bodies or a go-wide counters army-supported by efficient ramp and a modest interaction suite. There are no infinite combo lines; the deck grinds value and closes with commander damage or raw power.
