Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph is the amplifier at the center of an Izzet spellslinger/pinger deck. The plan is to resolve the commander and stack small pinger creatures and one-damage spells so every trigger becomes 3 damage to each opponent. The deck has a second, hidden finisher in Prismari, the Inspiration, whose storm static can turn a cantrip chain into a killing wave. It can also win cleanly through Niv-Mizzet plus Curiosity/Ophidian Eye and through Repercussion with Blasphemous Act. Ghyrson is a removal magnet, so counterspells, bounce, and a single equipment slot protect him; the deck keeps functional win lines even when he is offline. The result is a fast, interactive list that snowballs small triggers into a table kill.
