Elves Deck by Jellybean

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads an Elf-tribal drain deck built around mass entry triggers and -1/-1 counter proliferation. The primary plan is to flood the board with Elf tokens and small drain effects while Morcant's blight triggers punish opponents' creature-based boards. Proliferate effects stack counters on your Elves and planeswalkers and give your board staying power. The secondary, faster kill is the Exquisite Blood + Epicure of Blood infinite life-drain loop; Shaman of the Pack and Lathril's activated ability are the conventional finishers. Lathril can act as an in-deck commander. The deck is a moderate-dependency build: Morcant accelerates the engine, but lords and mana dorks let it keep functioning without the commander.
