New Untitled Deck by GreenGiant45

Format: Commander

Commander: Hylda of the Icy Crown

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown plays a tap-based control game in Azorius. The primary plan is to land Hylda early, then use cheap tap effects (Hithlain Knots, Sharae, Timin, Verity Circle) to keep opponents' creatures down while Hylda converts each tap into a 4/4 Elemental, a +1/+1 pump, or a card. Secondary paths use mass-tap cards (Subjugator Angel, Blustersquall) to burst out tokens, and Mjolnir to turn a tapped board into global damage. Rhoda and Timin are the hidden commander pair in the 99, giving a second grow-and-beatdown angle if Hylda is removed. The deck is an incremental midrange control deck, not a combo deck.
