Deck overview

This is a four-color poison/proliferate deck helmed by Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. The core loop is to put poison counters on all three opponents with a dense package of infect/toxic creatures and poison-granting spells - Prologue to Phyresis, Ichor Rats, Phyrexian Crusader - then compound those counters every turn with proliferate: Atraxa's end-step trigger plus Inexorable Tide, Evolution Sage, Karn's Bastion, Staff of Compleation, Grateful Apparition, and Thrummingbird. The finish line is usually combat: Putrefax and Glissa's Retriever deliver five and three poison in a single hasted swing, Paladin of Predation nearly ends a player alone, and corrupted payoffs like Glistening Sphere, Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa, and Contaminant Grafter convert the poisoned table into mana and cards. Secondary routes are Vraska, Betrayal's Sting's near-instant ultimate and Phyrexian Swarmlord's poison-scaled token army. Atraxa is the most efficient repeatable proliferate engine in the command zone, but the list carries enough redundant proliferate pieces that the plan is not hostage to her.
