This is an Esper Ninja tribal midrange deck helmed by Splinter, Radical Rat, whose static ability doubles every Ninja triggered ability and whose activated ability punches key attackers through blockers. The plan is classic ninjutsu tempo: deploy cheap bodies, connect unblocked, bounce attackers to cheat in high-impact Ninjas, and snowball combat-damage triggers. Primary wins come from doubled Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow drains, go-wide pressure via Endless Foot Assault and token makers, and burst finishers like Wound Reflection, Dark Leo & Shredder, and Shredder, Shadow Master.
