Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a linear Vampire-token swarm deck. The primary plan is to curve cheap Vampires, profit from Eminence tokens, then stack anthem effects-Legion Lieutenant, Stromkirk Captain, Captivating Vampire-so the army attacks with first strike and grows from Edgar's attack trigger. Secondary lines are sacrifice-and-drain loops with Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Sanctum Seeker, and Vito, plus a light recursion package via Drana, the Last Bloodchief and Reanimate. There is no hidden commander; Edgar is both the token engine and the pump. The deck wins through combat damage and life-drain triggers rather than an infinite combo, and Eminence lets it rebuild even if Edgar is never cast.
